RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns: are accepted within 20 days of purchase and since many of our customers are in the business of renting our parts, We reserve the right to decline the return of any equipment that looks used. Shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Late/Missing Refunds: Check your bank, then contact your credit card company and bank. If still unresolved, please contact us.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Applicable for defective or damaged items only. Contact us for exchange instructions.
Shipping for Returns: Contact us for return instructions. You cover your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75, consider a trackable service or shipping insurance. We’re not responsible for lost returns.
Shipping ETA: Orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days not including holidays.
